Safety and Standards
All Winmate marine products are built and tested according to DNV 2.4, IEC60945 and IACS-E10.
DVN GL is an autonomous and independent foundation with the objectives of safeguarding life, property and the environment at sea and on shore. DNV certification related to quality of ships, offshore units and installations of the system and components. DNV Requirements are harmonized with IACS Unified Requirements E10 and IEC publication 60945.
International Association of Classification Societies (IACS) is an organization that provides technical support and guidance for promoting the safety of life, property and the environment through the verification of compliance with technical and engineering standards for the design, construction and life-cycle maintenance of ships, offshore units and other marine-related facilities.
Equipment wished to be use in navigation and radio communication systems is to comply with IEC Publication No. 60945, “Maritime navigation and radio communication equipment and systems – General Requirements- Method of testing and required test results”.
ECDIS Color Calibration
The Winmate Marine Displays and Panel PCs can be adjusted to day, dusk or night mode to accommodate any lighting situation. The CIE x, CIE y, CIE z are measured from 63 color tokens per mode (Day, Night, and Dusk). All of these color settings are calibrated at the factory to achieve accurate color reproduction referred by the IEC 61174 Standard. In the ECDIS-color calibrated models, quick function keys allow instant brightness adjustment to any of the three modes.

The control room uses the total integrated systems for all aspects of ship operation which includes engine room operation, cargo operation, navigation, and general administration. Automation is deeply rooted to the vessel ship operations from starting the engine to monitoring temperatures, pressure and flow of fuel.
Winmate's marine panel PC was installed as a part of a marine bridge system designed to plot and monitor a vessel's position. The system features Automatic Identification System (AIS) Class B transport and electronic chart system. The updates of charting material are distributed to the craft through Wi-Fi router installed on board.
Modern ships has several advanced navigation equipment systems which give accurate data for the voyage. Winmate's panel PC and HMI feature brilliant display with projected capacitive touch screen and several features tailored for marine applications. Convenient user interface and functionality of application-focused marine panel PC and HMI give ship navigation officer precise location information and details of the journey. The use of the electronic chart system, allow ship?雓?navigating crew to pinpoint locations, and attaining directions much easier than before.
